Pathways explained, for coachees

Our Pathways enable coachees to identify coaches who have skills, training and/or interest in a specific field of coaching.  A coach who has chosen to be assigned to a pathway has the label on their profile.  Coachees can then easily identify coaches whose profiles they can review before approaching them for support.  Often coaches assigned to a pathway are offered specific CPD and sometimes supervision, supporting this valuable offer.   A coach does not have to be associated with a pathway and can simply sign up to the register.

CAREER COACHING PATHWAY
These coaches are passionate about helping people navigate their career direction, progression or transition. They work with colleagues who are exploring new opportunities, building confidence or planning their next steps

NEURODIVERSITY PATHWAY
You may want a coach who understands or is sensitive to neurodiversity.  They can create a safe, affirming space for you to explore their strengths, challenges and working styles. They don't need to be an expert – just open, informed and committed to inclusive practice.

GLOBAL MAJORITY PATHWAY
If you are from the global majority you can source a coach who is informed, compassionate and accepting - who can support you to navigate your specific challenges in the workplace and life.

EXPRESS COACHING PATHWAY
Here coaches provide a focused short-term support in the form of a one-off, one-hour, virtual coaching session. This can be helpful if you need a relatively urgent session.
