Information for coachees
How it works
Our Coaching and Mentoring Register is designed to make it easy for you to find the right support, with a coach that is a good fit for your coaching journey. Getting started is simple.
1. Register
Sign up as a coachee. Registration only takes a few minutes.
2. Choose a pathway (or not)
To make matching easier, we’ve created pathways based on specific needs, interests and expertise. Click to find out more about pathways coaches or if you prefer a generic coach, sign up to the register below.
3. Quality assurance and approval
Complete your registration, providing the necessary information – see FAQs for more information.
4. Connect
You can then review the coaches available to work with you and select one or two you would like to meet. You can reach out to them via the platform. They will connect with you and let you know if they have capacity to work with you. You will agree how you want to work together and what you’d like to focus on.
Further information for coachees
1. All coaches have been vetted to ensure they have an appropriate coaching qualification at ILM5 or equivalent as a minimum.
2. Coaching and mentoring are offered free of charge on this platform. Any coach found to be charging will be removed.
3. It is each individual coaches responsibility to source and attend regular CPD and supervision to maintain their skills and quality assure their practice.
4. We ask that you or your coach record the number of coaching sessions which take place via the platform.
5. Evaluation of coaching relationships is a valuable resource for continually improving the coaching service provided. Please take the time to complete a brief evaluation at the end of your coaching relationship.
