Information for mentees
How it works
Our Coaching and Mentoring Register is designed to make it easy for you to find the right support, with a mentor that is a good fit for your mentoring journey. Getting started is simple.
1. Register
Sign up as a mentee when you are ready. Registration only takes a few minutes.
2. Quality assurance and approval
Complete your registration, providing the necessary information – see further information below.
3. Connect
You can then review the mentors available to work with you and select one or two you would like to meet. You can reach out to them via the platform. They will connect with you and let you know if they have capacity to work with you. You will agree how you want to work together and what you'd like to focus on. NB. Look for a mentor whose role and experience is comparable to yours so that their lived experience is most useful to you. Look for a mentor no more than two bands/levels above yourself, so their recent career journey is relatable.
Further information for mentees
1. Mentoring is offered free of charge on this platform. Any mentor found to be charging will be removed.
2. Evaluation of mentoring relationships is a valuable resource for continually improving the service provided. Please take the time to complete a brief evaluation, if requested.
