Coaching

Coaching is a series of purposeful conversations that unlock your potential to maximise your own performance. Research shows coaching offers huge personal benefits to the coachee through active listening and questions that offer new insights and perspectives.

A coaching relationship typically takes from three to six sessions and focuses on specific development goals.

Your coach is qualified and maintains standards through CPD and supervision but does not need to be a subject expert in your field of work or goal.

Examples of topic areas you might bring to coaching are issues arising from organisational change, overwhelm, team tensions, new role, juggling competing workloads, difficult conversations, lack of confidence, managing boundaries or simply wanting to feel heard and understood in a non-judgemental way.
